I had real good stay, the place is charming old!

Had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and glassware. Liked the a decent size bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and excellent at all times. The service here was good. Took the advantage of the parking under the hotel.

There was a lot of splendid meals. The location was magnificent, close enough to all beaches and POI's as well as the lively Ste Eugenie square, in a particularly good area. Plus, you could explore Grand Beach.

Views appeared to be bad.

Great and beautiful location walk from restaurants and cafés. Quite close to the airport, 10 km, perfect for an early flight. Good service from the pleasant, accommodating staff members. Satisfactory breakfast served with superb food.

Cheap and modern rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and fab location a short way from Saint Eugenie Church. A wide range of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

Have stayed here many times and can't wait to go back. The breakfast was served in the café. The service was excellent with parking under the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Biarritz, in downtown, right in the center of all the action. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, ensuring easy access for a leisurely seaside getaway. The rooms may be cozy, but they make up for it with a huge bed that guarantees a comfortable sleep. The excellent walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury to your stay, providing a refreshing experience after a day of exploring.

Location is perfect in town center, near by everything. Room with seaview and balcony was nice. Friedly staff with excellent english language skills. Price and quality ratio is reasonable.

Breakfast price rather high, but in line with eqaul city prices. No minibar / fridge in the room.

Great location. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel -- 11 Euros per day. We stayed in a larger room with no view, but the beds were very comfortable. We did not mind the "no view" because of the prime location to the beach.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the prime location right in the center of town. Secondly, the staff are incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the comfortable sofa beds for families with elder kids, along with the stunning sea-view balconies, are simply delightful. And to top it off, having breakfast included adds that extra touch of convenience.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

This place is perfect for exploring Port des Pecheurs, and it's just a short 300 meters away from Plage du Port Vieux.
